The Surf hike

Take a good look at the Farø bridges. There are actually two, a high bridge and a low bridge. Before Farø was connected to Bogø, the country postman walked on stilts at low tide between the islands. Today, the embankment between the two islands is an attractive area for kitesurfers. You can start your hike on Farø. In autumn, you can mash apples in the apple orchard.

The Lighthouse
Eat your packed lunch and enjoy the view over Grønssund (Green Sound) and Falster or stay the night at Bogø Lighthouse that serves as a shelter. The lighthouse was lit for the last time in 1985, and navigation is now by signals on the Farø bridges.
