The designer Jim Lyngvild recreates the russian tsars jewels, jewels that were sold and spread all across the world upon The Russian Revolution in 1917. The exhibition tells the story of the enormous wealth, abundance and power that eventually led to revolution and execution of the russian tsar family. 

Experience the phenomenal and luxurious jewels in broaches, necklaces, tiaras and crowns that have been reconstructed from historic photos and recreated in silver and zircons. 

There have always been a strong bond and kinship between the danish and the russian regents. The kings Valdemar the Great and Valdemar Atterdag both origin from russian families and the danish Queen Dagmar was the mother of the last tsar Nikolaj the second. So the exhibition tells the story of power as well as the story that the there are limits to exercising power.
