The restaurant at The Danish Castle Centre is placed in the yellow crew building, which is the last remaining remnant of Prince Jørgen's mansion – built on the castle grounds in 1673. At Restaurant Borgen, we serve beautifully prepared open sandwiches for those who want the museum experience to last a little longer. Here you can turn the day’s experiences over a delicious meal as well as a cold beer, water or fresh coffee, while you enjoy the beautiful view of the Goose Tower.
The restaurant’s opening hours follow the museum’s opening hours. It is also possible to book the restaurant for parties. Contact us on the phone and e-mail below.
