Café

The café at The Danish Castle Centre is placed in the yellow crew building, which is the last remaining remnant of Prince Jørgen's mansion – built on the castle grounds in 1673.

At café Borgen, we serve beautifully prepared sandwiches, salads and delicious desserts for all tastes and budgets. Here you can discuss the day’s experiences over a small meal as well as a cold beer, water or fresh coffee, while you enjoy the beautiful view of the Goose Tower.

The café is closed for the rest of the season, but you can still buy hot drinks and cake of the day from the frontdesk, that you can enjoy in the old building.

Café Borgen will be reopened for a limited time during the Schools fallbreak, where there will be a suiting menu for the season.
